CONDITIONS

Exchange and return of goods of appropriate quality is carried out within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the order. The exchange and return of the goods are carried out if the specified goods have not been used, provided that their appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory and original packaging are preserved, as well as if there is a document confirming the fact of its purchase.

We do not accept returns that do not comply with our return policy. Such items will be sent back to the buyer.

PROCEDURE

The goods are subject to return or exchange in Ukraine with the help of the “Nova Poshta” courier service. The product can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the moment of purchase.

For international shipments, for convenient returns with minimal shipping costs, please write to us at hello@bymom.com.ua and indicate the reason for the return.

We will refund you the full price of the product, less applicable charges, after we have verified that the product’s appearance, features and factory labels have been preserved.

The shipping cost paid at the time of placing the order is not refundable in case of product return.

The return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. This means that the Buyer must pay for shipping when sending the item back to us. We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund as there is no shipping cost.

When returning orders, in addition to the shipping cost, we will add the amount of all customs duties and fees, including import VAT and brokerage fees, paid by us in the Seller’s country. These costs are deducted from the amount of compensation for the purchased goods.

Please note that in the event of refusal to receive the ordered goods, including due to non-payment of customs duties in the Buyer’s country, we will also deduct the cost of delivery and all other related costs to both parties, as indicated above, from the refund of the purchased goods.
